Ebbsfleet junction slip roads and roundabouts filthy with litter and debris

Not been cleaned for months and months. Grass cut back and litter all left. Debris, old road signs and cones left. Large amounts of litter on slip roads and roundabouts. All are National Highways responsibility, despite your reporting tool saying they are local authority. Map reporting tool also previously reported, nothing done about that either despite NH accepting responsibility for the area and sharing their maps showing this.
