Uneven surface

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7103299.

The northbound slip road at Junction6 in the middle lane has a terrible patch of surface where multiple temporary fills have been made and broken up and a new pothole. Also as you come off the slip road the surface is terrible. Recent patching is awful. The whole section needs proper repairs.
