Speed camera not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7103289.

Speed camera on the M27 flashing constantly. There was a lane closed sign and a 40 mph limit, everyone was bellow this limit and yet the camera was still flashing. I hope I don’t receive an NIP as I have no proof that the sign was on 40.
