Not a fence issue
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7093777.
The report i made regarding the parked vehicle says that you are working with the local council to remove, however Waverley Council have no knowledge of any contact from National Highways regarding this vehicle and can take no action unless you ask them to deal with it. I am told the person living in vehicle climbs the fence onto the A3. Please could you advise what action will be taken due to there being someone living in the vehicle and fly tipping on Highway land.
