Fence on road opening to A580

On 14 December this fence came down due to young boys climbing over it, and it fell onto a car. We reported this to the police at the time. We have reported this previously to you on 16 December over the phone and logged it with a call handler called George. This fence has come down and is lay partially on the road. Pedestrians are using this broken fence to clamber over directly accessing the A580; a very busy road. It’s not safe and the full fence needs replacing.
