Extreme litter from A406 up to junction 5 on M11

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7086164.

Extreme litter all all the grass verge and slip road on the M11. Junction 5 slips both northbound and southbound are really bad.

Is there anyway I can get involved with cleaning and litter picking? It's getting to the point where I can't drive anywhere due to the unsightly roads. Mad, I know!
