Loose cats eye frame on the road.

At approx 9:00am this morning I hit a loose cats eye frame at the approximate location shown on the map. It tore a hole in my tyre and took a chunk out of my alloy wheel. After putting the spare tyre on I surveyed the area and found 4 of these frames at the side of the road and photographed 2 holes in the road surface where these frames had been located. Not easy because this is a 60mph road with regular traffic. This is a safety hazard.
