Rocking drain cover

This problem has been reported numerous times to you. I notice the road is closing again today exactly in the area of the rocking drain cover. It's for tree work apparently. This is the third time the Rd has been closed and no repairs to a drain cover that's keeping ppl awake at night for more than six months. The drain cover is on eastbound section. Just as the pavement turns in for the brick bus shelter. Every time the road is closed the residents are hoping it's to repair the drain cover but it never is. Do you not coordinate jobs?

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
