Dangerous slippy footpath

Reported via desktop in the Pavement/footpath/cycleway/bridleway issue (NH) category anonymously at 21:09, Friday 31 January 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7067109.

Dead leaves that have covered the footpath for weeks, are wet and well trodden, rain has now compounded the issue of slushy sludgy leaf coverage, making the footpath extremely unsafe to use, its like walking on a skating rink! It forces people into the road on a dangerous corner where traffic comes off the A38 sliproad. For Wheelchairs and pushchairs it is almost impassable. Alrewas, nr. Burton on Trent. Northbound sliproad (Rykneld st.) on the corner of Micklehome Drive.
