Dangerous Traffic Build Up at J14

There is a danger to life every morning during rush hour at this junction. The traffic lights at Northfield Roundabout on the A509 are clearly mistimed and causing a long back up of traffic to the M1 slip road. The queues are now building from the roundabout out into the slow lane and lane 2 of the M1 northbound, with cars stationary in Lane 2. When you arrive at Northfield Roundabout, traffic from the M1 is blocked from moving around the junction by short timed and out of sequence lights. This needs immediate attention before a serious accident happens on the M1 junction
