Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7053342.

Street lamp number WM16 on slip road (near to bus stop)metal front cover is off exposing wires and trip switch The plastic covering protecting the trip switch is down, not protecting the board. Just noticed this, not sure how long cover has been off for.
