Street Lighting still not working

Reported via desktop in the Not working (NH) category by Paul Johnson at 09:52, Wed 29 January 2025

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7050985.

Hello.

On the 19 November 2024 I reported that a large number of street lights at this location are not working. Your reply suggested that remedial works should be completed by the end on January.

They're still not working.

At 05:30 yesterday morning I came within a whisker of crashing my motorbike and ending up under a Transit van. A lorry that had filled with diesel at the local lorry park, had dumped some of its load in a continuous line around roundabout. This is not uncommon, but I had no chance of seeing the spill as it was pitch dark. Diesel spills reflect light (if there is any).

What's the current time schedule for the works to be completed?

Regards, PJ
