Too much debris on road so can’t access bus stop

The bus stop unfortunately is on this junction, as it is at the bottom of a hill all the sludge debris over many months has built up making it difficult to stand safely away from the traffic while waiting for the bus.
Please can the debris be cleared to make it a little safer and is there any possibility of a bus stop being installed to protect bus users ( children waiting to go to school)
