Flooding, outside lane M1 J38

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7046494.

Northbound on M1, bottom of hill just before J38 on the outside lane. Rainwater on 28th Jan is not draining away through the drains and theres a large puddle there. Always happens when it rains heavily
