Lights facing wrong way

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7042158.

At this junction. The north and south traffic leaving the A1 arrives at traffic lights. The lights for those joining from the south have been rotated so that they signal to those joining from the north. Therefore both slip roads can see green lights at the same time
