There’s litter on the verges in the slip road on the roundabout and up the A41 - it’s worse than the 3rd world

Dacorum Council say it’s not their responsibility - then National Highways say it’s not theirs. 3 Rivers Council say it’s not theirs. They all say it’s Hertfordshire County Council who then say it’s Dacorum. No wonder it’s a national embarrassment as none of the councils take ownership

Between National Highways, Dacorum Council, Hertfordshire Council and Three Rivers Council whose Chief Execs are paid ££££££££ - we get a rubbish service - litter, Rubbish
