Deep puddle in outside/overtaking lane - cannot be precise about location - about four miles north east of billborough top services on the a64
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7036113.
Deep puddle which looks just like ordinary standing water in heavy rain, so very difficult to see. Either a blocked drain or road surfacing which is faulty. Caused car to suddenly swerve. Managed to control it, but seems liable to cause an accident if not fixed sooner or later. Sorry can’t be more precise about location
