Uneven surface, really bumpy, uncomfortable to drive on

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7032965.

Between junction 3 to junction 1 eastbound towards M6, the motorway surface is so uneven that it hurts my back when driving on it, I have to use lane 2 which a little smoother but not by much to, I have also had to have my suspension done on my car as it got damaged as a result of having to use this stretch of motorway on a daily basis
