Dead fallen tree on hard shoulder

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7031099.

Small tree is leaning over the hard shoulder. I had to prematurely stop to avoid hitting it when I had a flat tyre.

    If any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen.
