Extremely dangerous pothole

Huge pothole taking up almost a third of the nearside carriageway just before the j8 exit M40 northbound.
The pothole has become increasing deeper and now poses a threat to motorists.
Anyone could swerve into the middle carriageway and cause a collision in attempt to avoid it.
