Excessive litter particularly from M25 Jct 2 to M26 and beyond

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7020742.

Lots of litter including large plastic sheeting and abandoned traffic cones along side of road, on central reservation as well as many toppled abandoned traffic cones outside of central reservation barrier. The litter appears to have been present for a while.
