Litter all along the slip road at Junc 4a.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6999877.

Reported a year ago and nothing cleared. Litter, gravel and debris all along the slip road coming off Junction 4a southbound. Main issue towards the roundabout and central reservation.
