Litter from Hatfield up to Stevenage and Southbound

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6999723.

I would like to report the massive amount of litter from all sort of materials, along A1(M) Hatfield to Stevenage and back to Hatfield. The litter is on central reservation also on the road side. There is also litter around the slip roads on Jnct 4. I think it is the best time of the year to clear the highways, as there is no much vegetation around. Much appreciated
