Significant amounts of litter

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6998464.

The whole of the M25 Junction 4 roundabout is grossly littered including the inside section of the roundabout natural section. Can this be cleared as it is unslightly and can cameras not be installed to fine drivers for littering?
