White lines completely worn out

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6988826.

Lane markings are completely faded and it’s impossible to distinguish the lanes and markings on what is an important and extremely busy junction these issues also exist on the road leading onto Chester Le Street. I see it’s already been reported in October but no activity has taken place so far. It’s only a matter of time before this issue causes an accident/ incident

  • I reported the same issue to Durham County Council. They replied, not their responsibility and referred me to a GOV website to find the "owner" I know they know who is responsible for this road but didn't identify them. A disgraceful unhelpful customer service towards a council tax payer. I hope the council respondent gets customer service training.
