STREET LIGHTING IS SWITCHING OFF EVERY 30 SECONDS PLUNGING THE ROUNDABOUT INTO DARKNESS. THIS IS A DANGEROUS SITUATION AS DRIVERS EYES NEED TO ADJUST QUICKLY FROM LIT TO UNLIT. THIS HAS BEEN REPORTED OVER 2 WEEKS AND NEEDS ATTENTION. THERE IS A PREVIOUS REPORT FixMyStreet ref: 6904958 WHICH DOES NOT SEEM TO HAVE BEEN DEALT WITH.
