Incorrect lamps illuminating

Gantry at MP 3553B - M1 Southbound J21 exit, red wig-wags are illuminating incorrectly on signal over Lane 2 when ambers on the other lanes are illuminated and no lane closure or other signal requiring red wig-wags are being displayed
