Lanes flooding

Two lanes flooded under M69/M1 Junction. South side of the roundabout, inside lanes (for the M1 if coming from A5460). New issue this morning (06/01/2025) following heavy rain. Water level passable but problematic at 07:30am.

We have a very serious problem regarding a main drain that has been blocked for 9 months creating major flooding to our property its absolutely ridiculous and disgusting we are trying to sell our property and this is creating a major problem this needs addressing asap and sorting we also have 2 huge pipes in the stream creating the stream to dam up surely the farmer who's done this is seriously breaking the law I would appreciate if you would have a look at this major situation otherwise I will be getting in touch with the local mp the problem is in horsebrook Hall Lane brewood Staffordshire St19 9lp I'm the woodlands Mr Paul curley my email curleypaul646@gmail.com thank you.

If any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen. Should no immediate work be required we will continue to monitor this during our regular inspections.
Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
