Dead tree lane 2 southbound A1

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6924076.

There is a large branch that is in the central reservation that is slightly in lane 2. Somebody has clearly driven over part of it. It appeared following the last storm, any significant wind will push it into lane 2.
