Water doesnt drain of road

Southbound lane on A1. water doesn't drain off road. Following rain a large 8ft x 25 ft puddle forms in lane 1 that is across 1/2 of lane 1. It just needs the edge of the road to have some divets cut into it for the rain to drain away
