Blocked drains

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6920757.

All the drains on Punchbowl lane are full of debris and all water to running past/over them. They need clearing.

I have contacted National trust who manage the Punchbowl who have explained that Punchbowl Lane is still owned by National Highways

    We have investigated your enquiry and have found that the private road is listed on FindMyStreet as a Bridleway, maintainable at public expense by Surrey County Council. Although, it is registered to National Trust, so we are unsure as to who the responsible party is for maintenance of this section, but as it is not registered to NH it will not be down to us.
