Lack of grip on slipway joining Northbound carriageway

The road surface lacks sufficient grip on the slip road joining the north/westbound carriageway of the A590 towards Newby Bridge. When I have had to stop completely here to wait for a safe gap to pull out, I have spun my wheels when setting off again on several occasions.
