All lights on Whyke Roundabout not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6907481.

All lights on the very busy A27 Whyke Roundabout Chichester not working. Looks like this has been raised before and surprised it has not been fixed given how busy this roundabout is. There is also a footbridge which is completely in the dark used by school children.
