Fence damage

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6905242.

2 x caravans and tinker caravans under motorway bridge unfortunately, and horse wild grazing in field next to motorway, horse has escaped 3 times onto motorway,and motorway fully closed today ( 28th ) . Caravans all have gas cylinders and petrol generators under bridge potentially dangerous. Been there 4 weeks.
