Faulty/broken lights

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6895536.

The northbound a11 traffic lights at the thickthorn interchange roundabout are off, with no lights on, but lights for the other parts of the roundabout are on. Luckily the roads were quiet when I was driving but because all of the lights for that a11 northbound section were off I worry that someone coming across to exit at the Norwich or hethersett/services bound roads could lead to a crash.

  • Thank you for making your report regarding the traffic light failure on the A11 at the Thickthorn Interchange. We have been made aware of this problem and our technical team are currently working to resolve this issue.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
