Incorrectly fitted drain

Reported via mobile in the Flooding/drainage (NH) category anonymously at 18:23, Sat 21 December 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6889271.

We are experiencing flooding at the entrance of our driveway during rain. The water flows off the road, straight past an open drain that is fitted on the public highway and into the entrance of our drive. The drain isn’t blocked but is incorrectly angled that water flows straight past it instead of going in. I do have photos and videos but cannot see anyway to attach them, please let me know if you have a way I can send them, thank you
