Variable speed limit not showing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6888592.

Within a 50 mph variable speed limit but signs not being used. Blank signs then 600 yards later end of restricted zone symbols. These signs within the variable zone should be displaying 50mph.
