Multiple signs unlit

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6883884.

As previously reported, on the slip road, towards the bottom, there are 3 double sided signs unlit. One is an end of motorway sign, and two are speed limit indicators, down to 40. These are on the slip road, in the blue shaded area, and not the responsibility of the local council.
