Multiple lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6879498.

Lights on the A1 Southbound from the Black Cat until about Kelpie Marina (where the A1 crosses the River Ouse) aren't working for a long time now. If this is related to the A428 works, are there plans to introduce temporary lighting while this is underway?
