Multiple lights not working -safety critical

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6869174.

I reported this some weeks ago and received the standard response. I was then called by yourselves and asked to report again if the lights weren't fixed. I did this ref: 6824252.

I have again been sent the standard response. It has already been agreed that this is safety critical - injuries have already been reported - so there is no need for yet further investigation.

When I called in to find out what was happening I was told I would receive a call back, which hasn't happened.

An urgent response as to why these lights have not been repaired would be appreciated.

Definitely still broken. Both the ramp and stairs are unlit after dark. Have missed the bottom step several times and nearly fallen.
