Poor road markings and limited visibility in all the roadworks.

Heading south down the hill from the old Air Balloon roundabout towards the M5 where the roadworks are, there are faded road marks, traffic cones covered in mud and muck, confusing cones in the dark make it appear the road goes in a different direction, and there's no lighting or clear signage. Even the arrow placed to help avoid a concrete barrier isn't visible at night as it's covered in so much road muck. It is an accident waiting to happen. Additional night lights and cleaned cones would help guide drivers on that dark stretch of road.
