Many green lights not working or partially working

Reported via mobile in the Traffic lights (NH) category anonymously at 18:54, Wed 11 December 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6851135.

Even before the total outage of all lights today (11/12/24) there were multiple green light failures at the Longbridge Island junction where the M40 south slip road joins. This has been a problem for many weeks. Why doesn't someone from the Highways Agency routinely check these lights as they are subject to endless problems and failures, none of which get fixed quickly. It is a very busy junction and these problems are a real safety risk.
