No sign signal

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6825615.

5/12/2024 exiting j12 southbound, their was no signal on sign to show queues exiting the junction, on approach vehicles on hard shoulder and vehicles having to exit late due to no prior warning.
