J12 southbound (Quedgeley) M5 the warning sign has not been used for weeks now when traffic queuing past the slip road onto hard shoulder there used to be a warning to slow down queuing traffic lane one but this doesn't seen to be happening lately I only just avoided being rear ended at 4.30 pm today
