Noise barrier fencing down

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6820740.

I have reported this issue a number of times but the fencing all along the A12 along the Roman Road from Ladybird kennels towards Ingatestone has fallen down and any attempts to repair have not been up to standard. There is therefore no noise barrier but probably more important in the winter there is now nothing stopping the many deer in the area running onto the A12, at least 3 years without remedy
