Westbound traffic green light right turn filter not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6809017.

Turning right into halewick lane westbound the right filter is not turning green. I sat through 4 sequences today at 11:20 and it done not turn green once. I and others were forced to go through the red light judging to avoiding other traffic.
