Traffic issue

Hi, my wife works on Wolstanton retail park. It regularly takes over an hour to get off the car park. This is directly due to the constatnt sream of traffic from the A527 Etruria entering the roundabout at speed, resulting in no traffic movement from the retail park. I feel this junction needs a review. Maybe traffic signals would help. This often also results in traffic backing up onto the A500. This creates a Saftey issue with one lane becoming stationary on a fast flowing road.
