M3 South Jct 13-14 faulty overhead gantry

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6803890.

On the M3 southbound just after junction 13, one of the electronic gantry signs is faulty. The sign over lane 2 is permanently showing "End" when the rest of the overhead signs are not displaying anything.

The gantry is just after marker post 115.5, the gantry is marked "115 4 55A" and "115 4/S 2"
