Blocked foot & cycle path

Every friday at lunchtime I see this entire pathway getting blocked by cars. Car will ramp up onto the footpath at speed regardless of who is using it at the time. This is a constant issue that will only be resolved by either stationing a traffic wardon there every lunchtime or by placing barriers to stop vehicles from mounting the path. It is antisocial and dangerous
