No traffic lights on junction 3

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6802713.

There are no traffic lights on the M18 Junction 3 exit, it is extremely dangerous and they are needed to allow flow of traffic. Rush hour/peak times are a nightmare and traffic is backed up. It desperately needs lights just like the rest of the roundabout
